Toccara Elaine Jones simply known as Toccara Jones was born on 13 March 1981 in Dayton, Ohio, USA. Her name has an interesting background for she was named after a renowned perfume from Avon. She attended Stivers High School for the Arts in downtown Dayton and majored in Dance course.
The sexy Tocora hit the limelight when she contested on the third cycle of the UPN series America's Next Top Model {ANTM} that eventually won her the 'Covergirl of the Week five times.
